The first stage is establishing whether or not you qualify for a personal management programme. We will take a detailed income and expenditure list together with your creditor’s information and endeavour to create an individual programme which meets your needs.
If you qualify we will then put together the information you provided and transform it into a management programme and send, with your permission, an information pack detailing your monthly payment, your estimated time on board and the saving you would be making per month by entering into your management programme.
Once you have returned the pack, the second stage begins. We will write to each of your creditors gaining authority and asking for the most up to date balances, once we receive all the balances, we will prepare an accurate financial statement and make an offer of repayment to each creditor.
The third stage never stops. We will work for you negotiating with each creditor and keeping you updated every three months. We will review with you and see if you can increase your payments as your circumstances may have changed for the better, therefore decreasing your time on board and saving you more money again.
